Well goals are getting off that couch and in the sun. Don't just keep sitting there and talk about it. Get yourself into a triathlon program; it's fun, it’s exciting and it's all that you need for a boost in your fitness level.

Did you know that all the triathlon programs are not the same? Each triathlon program has been designed for giving you a different courses and culture; so that each time you jump up a program your excitement level also jumps. The triathlon schedule that you choose for yourself can be can be short or long as per you requirements; but the real question is that will you gain more strength, if the challenge if intensified? Yes, you will.

The categories defined below, will be giving you a general outlook of how thing are done in this specific category. The level of challenge, environment and the Pro's and Con's of the respective triathlon program that you shall be choosing.
