In the "My Results" section, you can see the foods you ate for all the meals you've entered, as well as total calories consumed and other nutritional information. You can also delete items you may have entered by mistake.
If your food doesn’t appear on the list of suggestions, you can always add it by clicking the "Enter a food not listed" button. In the "Enter a Food Not Listed" page, enter the name of your food, its quantity or suggested serving size, and its nutritional content. Once you’ve entered all these details, click the "Save" button and it will be added automatically to our list of food suggestions.
If you're looking for additional information about a specific food which you have selected, click the 'See Nutritional Information' link and browse through its nutritional values. |
