Warm weather is finally here, and with it comes the desire to get outside and be active. It also means triathlon season has arrived. You may have seen friends training or racing for various triathlon events in your area, and perhaps you’re even debating whether to give it a try yourself. These races include a swim, bike and run and can take anywhere from 45 minutes to several hours to complete depending on the distance you choose. Training for one event in itself can be tiring, but training for three can be exhausting if not approached properly.
