Cynthia is the co-owner of The Yoga Sanctuary. She received her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate at Yoga Works in Los Angeles, studying under the tutelage of MatyEzraty, Chuck Miller, Eddie Modestini and Erich Schiffmann.
Cynthia began teaching in the greater Toronto area in 1997 in public schools, hospitals, private and public gyms, as well as leading retreats on Ward's Island and in northern Ontario. For the past seven years, Cynthia has taught at The Yoga Sanctuary, including the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training 250-hour course, and Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training. She was also part of the faculty at the Yoga Show in 2002, 2003 and 2008.
