    doesn't have much to say, a really handy weight. you can tie it on your wrists, arms as well as ankles ...and you can carry it as a normal weight too. I tie it on my wrists when I power walk at home, it helps burn a little more.

    These work great for arms. My wife wanted to find something to give her more of a workout while she was on her lifts, the weights are easily adjustable with iron sand.
