What the Aerobic Step Offers
The aerobic stepper offers versatile uses from cardiovascular to strength training. You can target your Glutes and Hamstrings with Alternating Lunges. The aerobic step comes with extra sections to make the step higher. Increasing the height will make your workout more difficult. You can incorporate more arm movement into your routine, raising your arms up over your head, or even use light weights for added resistance. As you progress you can always increase the tempo of the music and your moves for greater fat burning
To assemble the Aerobic Stepper, remove all four risers from the bottom of the step. Place one riser at a time on each side of the step. Press firmly until each riser is secured. There should always be an equal number of risers on each side of the step. Instructions are included with the purchase of your Aerobic Step.
The maximum load capacity for the Aerobic Step is 265 lb or 120 kg. Serious injury can occur when not used properly. Do not exceed the maximum or suggested weight capacity. The Aerobic Step should only be used in its upright position. Use the Aerobic Stepper only on level surfaces. Make sure all risers are firmly secured prior to use. Do not use if risers are damaged or if step surface is cracked. Children should only use the step with adult supervision.
