It is true that you can burn fat with running, but here are some useful tips that will help you to burn more fats!
First of all, wear the right attire. Don’t go out running in your formal shirt and shoes. Wear a proper track suit and wear a pair of comfortable joggers. Wearing comfortable clothes allows you run properly and move swiftly, which would aid in burning more fats. Next is that you have to warm up before starting your run! Stretch your legs properly in order to avoid any kind of running injuries. Stretching also helps to loosen your muscles and prepares your body for the upcoming exercise. Get involved in stretches that focus on your joints, hips, ankles, knees and hamstrings.
You goal is to burn as much fat as you can, so don’t try and run more than you actually can. Set a proper goal, an ideal goal should be running for about 45 minutes at least 4 times a week. Increase the intensity of your run slowly and raise your level gradually, do not rush in to it! You can even alter your running course if you run outdoors; you can run uphill or on a rough terrain which would increase the amount of fats you burn. You can even get involved in interval training which involves changing the intensity of your run constantly, run at full speed for 2 minutes, then slow down for 5 minutes and then run at full speed again for 2 minutes.
