Snack on low-fat, healthy foods such as fruits and fresh vegetables so that your blood sugar level does not fluctuate.
Distractions
If you just cannot stop yourself from imagining all the sugary pastries and salty potato chips that you could be snacking on at the moment, find a distraction to deviate your mind from the food cravings.
