Ingredients
Salt
1 tbsp
Fresh thyme
3 tsp
Fresh rosemary
2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup
Olive oil
¾ cup
Pork chop, lean and fat, bone-in, raw
24 chop
Garlic, raw
1 tbsp, chopped

Preparation method


  1. Combine the herbs(freshly chopped thyme and rosemary with minced garlic), olive oil and salt.
  2. Coat the pork chops well with the mixture.
  3. Refrigerate the pork chops for a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 12 hours.
  4. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium high heat (around 400 degrees is ideal).
  5. Grill the chops quickly until the outside is deep brown but the chops still have a pink center (about 3 minutes per side).
  6. Divide the chops amongst four plates (six chops per plate).
  7. Drizzle the chops with the aged balsamic and serve with your favorite sides.
