- Finely chop the onion and garlic; seed and finely chop the red chili; half and seed the avocados, scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- With the help of a large fork, mash the flesh of the avocados.
- Stir in the chilies, onion and garlic in the avocados along with the oil and juice.
- Season well.
- Then transfer the mixture into a small serving bowl, drizzle over a small olive oil.
