Oh my!! What a flavorful bowl loaded with fruity fun!!! Fruit Sundae is, honestly, factory of freshness, energy and essential nutrients. You can also add your favorite fruits and some whipped cream for a variation to make it just the way you like.

Ingredients
Apples, raw, with skin
½ cup, quartered or chopped
Bananas, raw
1 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
Cherries, sour, red, raw
½ cup, with pits, yields
Grapes, american, raw
½ cup
Kiwifruit, green, raw
½ cup, sliced
Plums, raw
½ cup, sliced
Strawberries, raw
¾ cup, sliced
Dried toasted coconut flakes
2 oz

Preparation method


  1. Cut banana into thick slices so that they do not break into pieces.
  2. Place strawberries in a blender, cover and process until smooth.
  3. Place all fruits except processed strawberries, in a medium bowl and toss lightly to combine.
  4. Spoon the tossed fruits into 6 dessert bowls equally.
  5. Pour strawberry puree over each bowl and top with coconut flakes.
  6. Serve lightly chilled!
