Butter salted
Cheddar cheese
¼ cup, shredded
Egg, whole, raw
3 medium
Spices, pepper, black
1 dash
Fresh basil
2 tbsp, chopped
1 dash
Chives, raw
2 tbsp chopped
Parsley, raw
⅛ cup chopped

Preparation method

  1. Take a mixing bowl, beat eggs with pepper and salt and little amount of water into it. Add half of each herb leaves. Take a non stick frying pan, melt butter into it, when it becomes hot, and add the egg mixture.
  2. Cook for just 30 seconds on medium flame, using a wooden spoon, begin to push the eggs towards the center while tilting the pan and allow the runny portions to fill space. Repeat the process going around the pan until there is barely any runny egg mix left. Cook for more 30 seconds so that the base becomes golden and to the top of omelette is all set.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped herbs and grated cheese, fold the omelette in half by using spatula and shift to a serving plate, enjoy the tasty breakfast with easy cheese omelette recipe.
