Cut chicken breast into very thin slices, crush garlic clove. Place chicken slices to the clean board, if you feel your chicken is too thick then use rolling pin or meat mallet to beat it until flatten. Now spread the tomato puree all over the chicken pieces, add few basil leaves on top with crushed garlic and season according to your taste with salt and pepper.
