Lean beef brisket
1 ½ lb
Wheat flour bleached

Preparation method


  1. Cut the beef into thick pieces, mince the garlic, and cut potatoes, carrots into cubes, thinly slice celery stalks, and quarter the yellow onion. Place aside.
  2. Place your beef and brine in a large plastic bag. Take a bowl; and mix ¼ cup of flour, ½ tsp of salt and pepper then pour the mixture into the bag together with meat. Shake the bag vigorously to coat the meat in the mix.
  3. Take a large skillet; heat up 2 tbsp oil over medium-high flame into it. Carefully add stew meat, cook to brown the outside until desired doneness. Place out and put into Crockpot.
  4. Add the vegetables and remaining ingredients into Crockpot to cook over low flame for 8 hours or you may cook on high for 4 hours and then serve in dinner or healthy lunch.
