Nausea at or during breakfast can cause a lot of uneasiness and discomfort. It can range from mild nausea which causes queasiness in the stomach, to severe nausea which causes vomiting. Nausea can be caused by excessive alcohol and drug intake, eating rotten or spoiled food, pungent odors, stress, severe headaches, and not having enough fluid or having too much fluid.
