Furthermore, omega3’s have also been known to play a substantial role in helping with asthma. Foods that are high in omega 3’s include fish such as salmon and tuna, walnuts, flaxseeds, beans, vegetable oils and beans. Additionally, foods rich in healthy fibers such as wheat, amaranth, quinoa, millet and rice can also be very beneficial with asthma.
