Listed above were the 15 food items, drawn up by credible environmentalists, which are stated to be safe for consumptions even if not bought with an organic label or status. However, there exist some items which are not so commonly spoken off when it comes to buying safe un-organic items. Here are some of those items not included in the ‘clean 15’ which you can consume in a more affordable conventional fashion, safely!


Spices such as cinnamon do not have to be organic as a must if you are to consume healthy foods. The fact only very little an amount is used whenever it is used in a dish of spice like cinnamon, it really doesn’t matter whether it is organic or not!
