Your preferred mode of exercise could be walking, jogging, aerobics or zumba. Regardless of the exercise type, just engaging in this healthy activity will boost your mood, lower your stress levels, and release endorphins (feel good hormones) into your blood stream. All these positive effects will make you feel great about yourself, and will give you the motivation to grab whatever life throws at you by the horns!

For many people emotional eating stems from boredom and a lack of things to do during the day. Keeping a pet will put some responsibility on your shoulders and will keep you occupied during the day!
