Heart Healthy Recipe:
Baked Chicken With Rice, Onions & Tarragon:
- chicken breast halves
- chopped celery
- fresh tarragon
- chicken broth
- white wine
- wild rice mix and season packet
Start by preheating the oven to 300 F. Then remove the skin and bones from the chicken and combine it with all the vegetables and the broth in a frying pan. Then bake the rice in wine and the remaining broth and then add the chicken and vegetables to the baking dish. Cover and bake for 60 minutes. Check and see if anything is needed and add more broth if the rice is too dry. Serve immediately.

Cod & Lemon:
- cod fillets
- low-sodium chicken-flavored bouillon granules
- hot tap water
- soft butter
First, you should preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the cod in the foil squares. Chop the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice and place the dish in the oven for 20 mins. Peel the other lemons and set aside. In a small bowl, add the chicken bouillon granules and the hot tap water. Stir until the granules dissolve. Set aside. Mix the butter and flour in another bowl and transfer to a heavy saucepan. Stir until it melts. Then add the bouillon to the butter mixture and stir it until it thickens. Add the capers and remove from the heat. Serve over the fish and garnish with the lemon peel.

First, start by heating the milk. Then stir in oil, sugar and salt. Combine the yeast with water and side by side, let the milk cool down. Add the yeast mixture to the eggs and mix the flour as well. Knead the dough and then let it rise for a bit. Then combine the cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and spray a bit of cooking spray. Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon mixture and cut it in halves. Let it rise for another 90 mins. Pre heat the oven to 350 F and in a saucepan, heat the apple juice. Cook until the juice is syrupy, for about 5 to 7 minutes and then brush each roll with the apple juice. Bake until they are golden brown, for about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
