These usually come in the form of liquid or dried egg whites. The shell of the egg is broken by a machine after which it is pasteurized by the specific machinery and then preserved in the required form by being frozen or packed in the dried form. These preserved eggs may have lots of preservatives and additional flavor and food color to make them into a good product. As a result, processed eggs tend to be the unhealthier option when compared with the organic or even the basic white egg, preservatives and additives have been proven to be quite unhealthy for the human body.
