A Balanced Diet that works:
Eating a balanced diet means choosing a wide variety of foods and drinks from all the food groups. It also means taking certain things in moderation, namely saturated fat, Trans fat, cholesterol, refined sugar, salt and alcohol. Your goal should be to take in nutrients you need for health at the desired levels.
Although it is recommended to lose weight in a healthy way but still some people find it difficult to go for a long time weight loss, and gets fed up quickly, coming back to their old eating patterns!!!

In this section we'll de discussing about lot of diets that'll help you to lose weight quickly, some diets helps to lose weight in a healthy way like, Mediterranean diet, detox diet, but most of them are quick weight loss programs, like the Paleo diet, Atkins diet and many more!! But whatever the diet could be, these diets are not "MAGIC FOODS". Remember, "NO PAIN NO GAIN" that means you have to keep a regular 30 minute of exercise session daily to promote a good weight loss. Infact, if you go for a 30 minute cardio workout followed by some strength trainings that will help you to tone muscles as well.

So who should not follow these diets?
