Have you ever noticed people, who start off on a nutrition diet with big exercise dreams; that is motivation in fact that is workout motivation or fitness motivation; and they just seem to lose it all just after the first few days. When they begin to pain and ache in their bodies; and their just heartbroken; and their soul’s is dead; at this point they’ll just about abandon anything in their life.
But there are also some people, who just won’t give up. They try, try and try like spiders; they grab their teeth on it hard and just won’t let it go. That’s the real deal; that is workout motivation or fitness motivation, which ever you like to call it. If you’re a fitness freak like me; you’ve probably read thousands of motivational articles; that just don’t make sense sometimes.
So what’s the real deal out there, in a gym; or in a motivational article that can motivate you for anything that will be coming your way; that pain, ache, humiliation, and sweaty odor?
Well the magic is simple; simply keep the motivational articles coming and going; pick the things that you like and ignore the ones that you don’t. But, whatever you do don’t stop reading. This reading is going to develop your workout motivation or fitness motivation. Such a developed motivation will guide you automatically in getting off the couch / chair and into a gym. This motivation will also make you act like a spider or a dog and you’ll be struggling and fighting like anything less than a war.
But, hey for some of us out here; it is a war. Be sure that once you’re inside a gym with your fitness motivation or workout motivation keep yourself hooked on, for as long as possible; bearing all the pain that you maximally can; and remember that NO PAIN NO GAIN should always be your tactic.
