1. Who can do Zumba®?

Of course! zumba is for everyone. It has no restrictions on a person’s age or size. You can exert as much severity into every step that suits your fitness level. Zumba® students may also include kids and senior citizens.

2. Do I have to be capable to dance for doing Zumba?
