V sit twist exercise is a compound and effective total body workout that specifically targets the obliques. Obliques are the muscles that run down both sides of the abdomen and should be stressed and toned if you want to trim your waistline. Many people like to target obliques and core abs muscles in order to get abdominals in shape. V sit exercise is a particular workout that targets and helps to strengthen abdominal muscles.
