Here are a few exercises for each of those parts that may need some toning up to do, so that you can sport those cute bikinis like they were made for you! So, let the games begin!
Suck That Tummy In!
One of the most effective and well known tummy toning exercises happens to be crunches! Here is what you need to do: lie on the floor and make sure your back is tightly pressed against the floor. Keeping your hands behind your head, bring your knees up at an approximate 45 degree angle and start moving them in a pedaling fashion. Last step, touch your elbow to the opposite knee and alternate!
Work That Tush!
Here’s a simple exercise to get that tush to look like it was made for those bikini bottoms! Stand up straight with your legs spread a little apart. Next, squat down as if you are sitting down on a chair, keeping your back slightly arched and the chest straight. Keep squatting down and coming up and inhaling and exhaling deeply as you go! Repeat this movement 25 times each, thrice a week and you’re good to go!
Surprisingly, just walking, more specifically brisk walking and jogging can be fitness wonders for those perfect bikini bod sexy legs! When we walk or jog, the crunch of the load falls onto the hamstrings, the calves, the thighs and that tush! We all know losing bulky thighs is probably the most time consuming and stress exerting job! However, you’ll be surprised to know that mere jogging or walking can work wonders for those legs! Research has documented for jogging to be one of the most effective exercises in burning fat accumulated in these unflattering areas! So, get into your jogging suits, get those wrist bands on, put on those joggers and run! This is an absolute must to get a beach body!
Tone up your arms and get that sultry, sleek, lanky arm bikini look with the very well-known Jumping jacks! This exercise can be really fun to do! This rather simple exercise requires a lot of effort. Holding dumbbells firmly in both hands bring them in level to your shoulder, with the feet close together. The next step is where the fun begins! With a thrust, jump up spreading our legs further apart and lift your arms up at the same time, followed by jumping again but this time bringing the arms back to shoulder level and shutting the legs in! This exercise is an effective one in toning the arms up, as it puts the right amount of strain on your triceps and the biceps. Furthermore, it is effective as a workout for the legs too!
