Step 1
begin sitting on the Bosu in a v-sit position, chest lifted and feet off the ground. Hold this exercise for 5 seconds. Then put your feet down, roll forward, planting your hands on the ground. Do 1 push up then jump your legs back so that your feet land on the top of the Bosu-Style ball. Hold this straight arm prone plank for 5 seconds before jumping back into a crouch position and returning to your v-sit again holding for 5 seconds. Repeat this combination for 8-12 times.
Step 2
Then put your feet down, roll forward, planting your hands on the ground.
Step 3
Do 1 push up. Then jump your legs back so that your feet land on the top of the Bosu-Style ball. Hold this straight arm prone plank for 5 seconds before jumping back into a crouch position and returning to your v-sit again holding for 5 seconds. Repeat this combination for 8-12 times.
