Sit tall on the floor with your knees bent. Holding the medicine ball at chest level in both hands, lean back slightly engaging your abs.
Step 2
Lift both knees towards chest, reach forward with your arms. Now move the medicine ball from your left to right side, gently taping it down on the mat beside you as you move it from side to side keeping your back and feet raised off the mat and your abs engaged the entire time.
