Step up + single arm thrust Exercise

Step 1
Begin standing in front of a raised object or aerobic step about 12" off the ground, holding a dumbbell in your right hand. Place your right leg on the step and hold the dumbbell in your right hand keeping your arm straight over your head.
Step 2
Pressing though your right leg, bringing your left knee to hip level, before stepping back down onto the ground with your left leg. Keep you core engaged throughout this exercise so you maintain upright posture. Repeat 12-15 times per leg.
