Step 1
Begin standing up by pressing through your heels and contracting your butt muscles as you rotate your hands so that your palms face forward. At the same time extend your arms up over your head performing a shoulder press.
Step 2
Next, Bend your elbows, bringing them to shoulder level and squeeze the dumbbells together in front of your body, trying to make your elbows touch. Keep your elbows raised above your chest.
Step 3
Bring your arms back to waist level before starting the next repetition. Repeat 8-12 times.
