Aerobic Step

Step 1
Begin standing on an aerobic step or other raised platform. Standing on your right leg get into a quarter squat by bending your knee slightly.
Step 2
With your leg out behind you, slowly move it from side to side of the aerobic step, while maintaining your balance on the right leg, keeping your knee straight, in line with your foot. Maintain the quarter squat position throughout the duration of the exercise. Perform 10-15 per leg.
