Internal Rotator cuff Exercise
Description
Using a toning tube or resistance band secure one end to a fixed object and hold the other end in one hand. Stand sideways with the resisted hand on the same side as band's attachment point. With your elbow bent at 90 degrees, start with the hand away from body and rotate your arm towards and across the body. . Return to the start postition. keep your torso straight and tall thoughout the exercise Complete 12-15 reps before moving to the other arm.
Step 1

Step 2
Start with the hand away from body and rotate your arm towards and across the body. Return to the start position. Keep your torso straight and tall throughout the exercise. Complete 12-15 reps before moving to the other arm.
