Step 1
Hold a medicine ball in both hands with your arms extended above your head.
Step 2
Take a large step forward with one leg, raising your knee to your waist height before placing it on the floor. Lower yourself in a controlled fashion to a full lunge. At the same time, lower your arms out in front of your body, keeping them fully extended. .
Step 3
Next, press your front heel into the floor, rising up with the glutes and hamstrings of the front leg. Take the ball back up over your head as you stand up. Repeat 10-15 times
