You'll need two toning tubes or two resistance bands of equal resistance for thise exercise. Begin by securing both to a secure object such as a door knob or post in front of you. Standing back from grab the free handle of both bands so that the bands cross in front of you. If you've used a single point of attachment this will not be possible.
Step 2
Starting with your arms straight and in front of you slowly retract your shoulder blades and bring your arms out to the side of your body and down towards your hips. Try to keep your chest lifted for the entire exercise and core tight. Bring your arms back to center and repeat 10-12 times.
