Step 1
Stand with your feet hip width apart, knees slightly bent holding the bar out in front of your thighs.
Step 2
Contract your abs and lean forward from the hips, lowering the bar down towards your shins, shifting your hips over your heels. Tighten your abs and return to standing. Don’t let your back round up and Be sure to keep your head and spine in a straight line.
