Step 1
Get into a full push up position with you abs contracted .Make sure head and spine in straight line and your abs engaged.
Step 2
Walk your right hand and foot out a few inches to the right side followed by your left hand and foot. Continue to do this 2 times to the right and walk them back and two times to the left. Coordinate your hand and foot so they touch down at the same time.
