Calf Raises Exercise
Description
Exercise that will strengthen your calf muscles in the lower leg
Step 1
Using a step or elevated platform, stand on you’re the ball of the of your right foot, toes pointing straight ahead a holding the db in your right hand.
Step 2
Slowly lower you heel towards the floor, then raise your heel as high as possible to flex your calf. Maintain good upright posture and keep the knee extended, not locked. Repeat on other leg.
