Step 1
Start standing with your hands above you head and jump.
Step 2
Bend down and place your hands on the floor,
Step 3
Next jump your legs back behind you as in the burpee so that you are now in a straight arm plank position.
Step 4
Now bend your arms and do a pushup bringing your chest towards the ground and pushing back up. Jumping your feet back towards your hands, quickly jump back up to standing.
