Burpee + Shoulder Press + Pushup Exercise
Burpee exercise is a speedy and easy tool to measure fitness. It’s a full body exercise and works as a quick gauge of vigilance, potency and coordination. United States Armed services adopted it in World War II to assess the fitness level of new recruits.
Start standing with your hands above you head and jump.
Bend down and place your hands on the floor,
Next jump your legs back behind you as in the burpee so that you are now in a straight arm plank position.
Now bend your arms and do a pushup bringing your chest towards the ground and pushing back up. Jumping your feet back towards your hands, quickly jump back up to standing.
