Step 1
Begin standing on one leg facing the aerobic step or raised platform. Squat down slightly with keeping one leg off the ground.
Step 2
NExt, jump upward, exploding up on to the aerobic step, landing with the foot that you were originally standing on. Allow your leg to absorb the impact by returning to the squat position. Jump down or step back to the floor and repeat. You can use your arms to help propel you forward and upward.
